Don’t forget to also make a stop at the Plaza del Azoguejo and stroll through the historic old town, where you’ll find the awe-inspiring Roman ruins, the Segovia Cathedral, and the Roman Aqueduct, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. How to reach Segovia: From Madrid, you can catch a high-speed AVE train to Segovia, and the journey takes around 30 minutes. 

2. Toledo
